Without proof, is Huawei still a national security threat?

The major premise of your article is that Huawei is not guilty unless proved otherwise. The doctrine of National Security is not built upon presumption of innocence, quite the opposite is true – it’s based on potential threats and ways to prevent/mitigate them.
