#Opinion: opinion matters
Sometimes the only explanation of Tramp’s erratic decisions is being on a short leash in Putin’s strong arm. And it seems Putin does not hesitate to ask favours from Trump for his authoritarian buddies in Beijing and Ankara. Surely Putin does not do it for free. Otherwise it’s hard to explain Trump going soft on many issues, among them:
– allowing to Erdogan run offensive against Kurds
– letting Huawei and ZTE off hook
– avoiding issue of sanctions on Turkey in the light of S-400 purchase.
